How long does it take to obtain a loan?
Usually it takes no longer than one business day. However, it is possible that in cases of applicaiton made on weekends and public holidays, the money will be in your bank account the next banking day.

What is the loan requirements?
The loan requirements are very simple:

  • Employed, over 18 years old;

How is the loan issued and how do I repay?
You provide us with two authorizations:
  • Authorization to electronically issue the loan to your checking account.
  • Authorization to electronically withdraw the loan plus interest from your account on the day of the repayment.

Can I renew the loan?
YES. You can ask for renewal (or a roll-over) in case you feel the need for it. However, this option might be unavailable for some states due to their small cash loan regualtions.

Can I repay the loan in cash?
All our transactions are electronic; however, you can check our contacts for more information on the account of repayment with cash option.

Is my information secure?
YES. USAdvance uses a secure site certificate to protect your confidential information while being transmitted over the internet. All personal information, including name, social security number and bank information is encrypted so that it cannot be read as it travels over the internet.

Am I guaranteed that no more than the amount authorized will be withdrawn from my account?
YES. USAdvance is only authorized to withdraw the exact amount authorized by you (which is usually agreed in advance and includes the loan amount plus interest).

Can I request multiple cash advance loans at the same time?
NO. Each client is limited to one outstanding loan at any given time. When all loans and fees have been repaid, you may request another loan.
